Multiple complaints. Order took forever to arrive. For having to pay 12.99 shipping should be much quicker. Returns are a terrible long process, a complete rip off. BDU pants run small so had to return. They do not give you your full amount back. They take more than just the shipping. Total order was 33.59 refund was 10.49 and it took almost a month from the day I dropped it at the post office.No response from customer service. Order was on Feb 23, received Mar 5, dropped at post office Mar 9, refund was received Apr 6. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Processing times are extremely Long. Items show in stock but orders are cancelled because not in stock. Customer service is completely useless. I have been spending a lot of money monthly for many years, and they used to be good. However for a while now there service has been atrocious lately. I unfortunately will no longer give lapg my money anymore. Sad that after over 10 years of buying from them, I have to part ways because of the lack of customer service and service in general.

After not recieving my order for three weeks I asked for a refund. I did not get refunded for the whole amount. Still had to pay for shipping when they were the ones that had messed up (wich they also admited to when I contacted the customer service).

Worst customer services. Contacted them over 6 times and did not receive any response back from them. My order still has not been ship and it has been over 6 weeks now.

I was not able to return the boots I bought. The size that I usually wear in other boots fit me differently than your boot. I ordered another size which fits perfectly. I will be ordering another pair if I can exchange this pair.

This is probably the worst experience I've had ordering anything from LA police gear. The product was great and is working as expected which is exactly why I ordered it. The shipping and communication however was the worst thus far. My order didn't ship until a week after it was placed and it was more than 2 weeks before I received my order. I emailed concerning the status of my order and didn't hear back until after the order had shipped. I have to say this was the most disappointing experience I've had thus far with LA police gear.

Poor customer service, slow shipping and sizes are way off.

I received my order. Your shipping is horrible. Fedex is the worst shipper. Things say delivered and they are not there and then you check again and they are still in California after a full week of being shipped. I love your products but I do not like fedex.
