Everything was great except I was a little disappointed i had ti exchange the same exact pants for a smaller size and ended up having to pay more which I don’t understand why. Shipping sure but I had to pay another $25 or something like that so that was disappointing

I returned the pants. They did not fit.

I really like the pants that I ordered and they are good quality however they are too large. However, I elected to keep them and give them away to a friend in need because I didn’t want to pay $12 return shipping to exchange them in addition the $10 shipping charge I already paid.

Came up short with the color I wanted, backordered with long lead. Went with my second choice, no issues. Quality and size was what I was looking for. Fast and speedy shipping. Thanks y’all.

I returned this item, it was the wrong size. I exchanged for a smaller size. Seem like great pants Excited for it to come. Not thrilled I was charged 12 dollars for shipping to return it

Got the order fairly promptly and everything was in good order. Exchange is taking longer than expected, but customer service is top notch! They are always helpful and friendly. Will definitely remain a customer of LA Police Gear!

I love shopping with LAPG. The service thy provide is always a win with me living in an island in the middle of the pacific ocean. I have ordered from these guys for years now and have never had any issues with them. The only issue I have with them, is that, I don't ever get a tracking number from the shipping confirmation. Just a notification that it has been shipped. Most of the things I order online take longer than if they were to be shipped inside of the intercontinental United States. Sometimes I wait up to a month for a priority shipped package and the risk of lost mail through USPS is great out here. I would have really appreciated it if I did not have to directly request for a tracking number, but, was automatically provided one so I can track the progress of my package. Again, not really an issue because I like LAPG. Thank you again for providing us first responders out here on Guam. Thanks LAPG!
