I’ve used Lao Insider for all my trips around Savannakhet, Thakhek, and Pakse. I also had the pleasure of meeting Marcel, the owner, and his lovely wife in person—they were incredibly helpful. Marcel is one of the calmest and kindest people I’ve met while traveling. From now on, whenever I need information about traveling in Laos, renting or buying bikes, visas, or accommodation, I’ll go straight to Marcel at LaoInsider.com. I was truly impressed by the vast knowledge and professionalism that Marcel and his team have built over more than 10 years of experience in Laos.
