Amazing customer service
I was absolutely impressed by the proactive and positive customer service that I received from Lanz Inc. The plumbing issue that I needed fixed was straightforward, but two other companies failed to deliver the result I needed. When I mentioned this problem to the service supervisor, he personally accompanied his team to my home and made sure that the repair was completed. The crew was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable. I will definitely call Lanz Inc. again when I need plumbing repairs in my home.
