At first, the sales rep was very nice and genuine. The drivers were also friendly-ish. However, they were over 6 hours late picking up my shipment. They showed up in a beat up truck with the DOT number ducktaped to the side. They do not accept any form of credit card payment and instead you have to give them cash or money order. Since they showed up so late, no banks or anything were open, so they asked me to write a blank check, to include the additional fees that were not part of my quote, for having a "bulky" item. It took well over a month for my shipment to arrive at my final destination, which granted was not entirely their fault as it took me 2 weeks to get an address for the shipment. But then it was another 3+ weeks from there to get my stuff. The driver who brought my items to my final destination showed up with his 2 children, both not even teenage age yet. He proceeded to charge me an extra $375 (had to be paid in cash) for walking up stairs, which in the paperwork said an extra $75 for stairs. When my goods finally arrived they looked like they had been through hell. The boxes were all beaten up and smashed. I have an $1,800 paddleboard that I tried to file a claim due to the damage on it, and have not heard back in 3 weeks now. I would highly recommend that you check out the reviews for MAP movers, because that is who they really are. I think Landmark Moving is a cover for MAP moving, but both are equally as bad.

Don’t believe jack what this company tells you. They lie the rep Ryan hustled me. They make it seem like they are this perfect company that makes all delivery’s. No not the case they pawn your stuff off to another Company that delivers your stuff. They said my stuff would not be stored anywhere its getting on the on the way asap. No three weeks later and giving me attitude that they have 21 business days to deliver it. They are all liars, never use this company or MAP MOVING the moving company they pawn my stuff too. Second they lie on the quote, I sent him a list of all the things in my house and he BS that as well. Do yourself a service and don’t use any of these crap ass services. All they do is lie lie lie , I’m going to repost this all over yelp, google I will make sure this company gets the rating they deserve A big fat 0!!!!

This company is a scam. Ryan will lie to get your business. And once he has your deposit he will not return any type of communication. He yelled and screamed at me and denied any promises he made before getting the deposit. His first lie was that they are not the broker but a full service veteran family company, that owns their trucks. Later I found out that they are brokers that don't have any trucks. I called in to cancel the order a day after the deposit was done, but he answered only four days later when the deposit policy returns was over. He promised three to five day delivery but when I spoke to the admin it was 7 to 10 days delivery. It was all a sacm be aware be careful!

gave a great quote to book my business. the price doubled when the movers showed up. I told them I had a 15 foot truck (750 cube) worth of stuff. They quoted me around 400 cube and said it would be fine. they lied to book the business. Then they ignored my calls and did nothing to rectify the situation. Considering legal action.
