I ordered two rings from these people weeks ago spending over 100 pou days and still have not got items. I went on website to track my item and it is saying there is nothing to track. I needed to reset password to check order status and still no confirmation email. I tried to chat to somebody no response. I'm starting to think I got scammed and if I did I will take it up with my bank.

Bonjour, j'ai fait l'erreur de commander le 31 mai 2021 deux alliances de mariage à ce site attiré par les prix mais je comprends maintenant pourquoi les prix sont plus intéressants ici au premier abord... En effet, il y a un délai annoncé en livraison gratuite de 12-20 jours et nous ne sommes toujours pas en possession des articles. De plus, le prétendu suivi des envois est inexistant, malgré mes tentatives de tracking, sur le site du pseudo transporteur yuntrack puis après réclamation sur une autre page web qu'ils m'ont indiquée. La seule (vraie ?) information que je peux consulter est que ma commande a été expédiée... Mais où est-elle passée si elle a vraiment été expédiée ?... Et leur service clients ne vaut rien du tout... Impossible de trouver un numéro de téléphone (ils sont coutumiers d'arnaquer les gens ?) J'ai pourtant payé +200€ malgré mes faibles moyens... C'est très cuisant comme arnaque... Donc, site à proscrire absolument !

A fuir !!! J’ai commandé, livraison garantie 5-7 jours , je l’ai reçu 1 mois après . Cependant la taille n’était pas bonne , j’ai demandé un échange, on me répond le lendemain de e-mail , qu’il fallait la retourner en chine ! Prix pour un retour minim est de 40-50€ !!! Concernant la bague rien d’exceptionnel, vois trouverez les mêmes pour 20-30€ Sachant que je l’ai acheté 4 fois ce prix !

Ordered a silver ring as this company was based in U.K. . Big mistake the ring arrives in a large tacky looking box Chinese writing in the packet routed through Canada . The cost on the packet says worth £12.60 . Which is definitely not what I ordered ring is fake and tacky looks as though it came out of a cracker . Not silver at all, no markings it’s a tacky gold colour fake piece of junk doesn’t even look like the one I ordered . This is the 4th and absolute last time I’m being ripped off by tacky Chinese rubbish ! I’m gutted I’d rather have given £90+ To someone who needed it . Please don’t buy from this company they are based in Hong Kong . They just seem to be able to get away with scamming us all the time . I was so looking forward to this arriving and quite frankly it’s a piece of crap . Comes with no paperwork to return it either not that I’d get my money back . Rubbish rubbish rubbish

I have left 3 messages regarding a ring I purchased less than a year ago, I stone has fallen out. I have yet to receive a reply, very disappointed with the customer service.

Horrible products, overpriced, worst customer service i have ever witnessed, and overall so UNWORTH your time and money!!! I purchased a ring for £102, it arrived 35 days later. a stone was missing from the ring, and the ring just looked plastic. it was absolutely nothing like the picture that was advertised on the website. I contacted customer service as the ring was damaged.. (a stone was missing and was quite obvious therefore i was not able to even wear the ring). They also state on their website that they offer "easy returns within 30 days of receiving your product". This is FAKE. The owner of the company, who also deals with customer service queries, who is the only worker of this company (Joy) replied days later, telling me that she cannot offer me a refund if i return the item. i emailed back instantly, no reply. i emailed back 6 further times, no response. i then had to escalate this to paypal. Joy then offered to give me 20% of my money back if i returned the item to her and i paid for the return shipping. what sort of joke is this? i escalated this further and finally, after weeks of this back and forth, i have had a full refund from paypal. Please save yourselves the time, effort and money and purchase a better ring from somewhere else.

I would not recommend buying from this company... I bought a ring which didn’t arrive ... I contacted them so they resent the ring ... the ring advertised stated it was a silver with a white sapphire.... I order a size too big so took it to the jewellers to resize it .... it turns out it’s a plated ring cubic zirconia worth about £25 I payed £112 ... I contacted them and they offered 20% back ... I said I take that as an insult.... so they offered 50% ... I said I want no less than 80% .... no reply so I have sent another few emails still no reply .... all you lovely people who have bought from here take your goods to a qualified jeweller and see if the ring is as stated on their web site ....
