The ring itself was beautiful. I was blown away with the quality. However, the custom service has turned me away from ever shopping here again. My boyfriend purchased a ring for me as a Christmas gift and unfortunately, bought the wrong size. I’ve been emailing them for 4 days and have yet to receive a straight answer on why there is a restocking fee. He received an email, which ignore the question, but included a 50% off code. But when I emailed them I was told to “reconsider.” We will never shop here again.

I should have read the reviews for this company first. They claim to be the top jewelry seller online but what on earth is going on with my shipment. Bought wedding bands and paid extra for expedited shipping and it's been over a week and I have not received my order. I am beyond disappointed. I feel like I've been scammed.

I ordered a ring for my wife on thursday december 14th 2017, for a christmas gift, paid 20 extra dollars for "expedited 2-5 day shipping" and here i am thursday december 21st 2017 and still havent even received shipping information and my order on their website says its still proccessing . I got in touch with someone on their chat system and thet told me my order was still on schedule to deliver by december 31st 2017. Very very frusterating and annoying.. i hope others have better luck and i do not recommend ordering through them.

At least most of you received a ring, I never received the ring ordered- paid charge card, lied to about someone signed for it, which never happen-I read where some talked with a real person-no one ever called me- I still don't have a ring-ordered 10/24/2017-it is 11/16/2017-and when they do respond it is as it your fault that you don't have your promised merchandise in 2-5 business days- delivery-date given 11/03/2017-11/16/2017 still no ring but they have my money- plan to take this matter further

When I received my ring, I found the ring was a little too big and kept sliding. When I contacted the company, the refused to accept a return. They said it was the size I ordered and that there was nothing wrong with the ring. When I pressed them further about the 30 day hassle free return policy, they claimed that my ring was custom. It had no engraving and there was no additional fee for a 6.5 size. After 15 emails over a week, they still insist there is nothing wrong with it and it does not matter that I am not happy with the ring. Their 30 day hassle free return policy is not true at all. I am extremely disappointed in their total lack of customer service.

I paid $20 for 2-5 day shipping and when I chatted with there reps I was told I would have my rings by Nov 1, 2017.. very disappointed I feel like I got ripped off... what’s the point of paying extra for shipping when ur not going to get it by the time they say

My experience with Lajerrio was horrible When I received the product I was not satisfied with it.I contacted them 3 times by email and it felt like I was talking to google translate. They would stop replying in the middle of conversation and reply back every other day. Even though on their website it says "That is why we offer an easy, hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund (minus any shipping and/or gift packaging charges, if any) within 30 days of the delivery date." My product had not been worn or touched, everything was as it came. I would not recommend wasting your money on something of poor quality and horrible customer service.
