This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! LIKE MOST OF THE REVIEWS ON HERE, I placed an order on 9/16, paid for EXPEDITED SHIPPING (an extra $20), so why is it 2 weeks later and I still have not received my wedding rings? Somebody please tell me the point of paying extra for 3-5 day shipping, when it will be a month before you receive anything? They don't have a number to call them, only chat online or email. The chat online is worthless, and the email is disgraceful. The customer service you do finally get is absolutely horrible! They are rude, inconsiderate, and will not give refunds or anything else. I am out of $150 and am beyond aggravated about it. Never trust any website you buy from UNLESS you do the research and read reviews!

Absolutely disgraceful ethics. Ordered a bracelet and did receive it in a timely manner. Wore it twice in 2 weeks and it tarnished so I sent photos to them advising them of the problem. several emails to a very rude staff member and I was offered a $20 refund. Less than half of the cost. I said I just wanted a replacement. Still waiting.......... Don’t bother. I’m going to go on every web site with this.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. If you want your order in a timely manner and even pay an extra $20 for 2nd day Fed ex, don’t order from this company. And forget about any satisfaction from customer service. They cut you off in middle of trying to getting any satisfaction. Order at your own risk.

Absolutely disgraceful! Ordered a ring that took 5 weeks to arrive. Upon arrival, I decided that I did not like the ring and wanted to return. They insisted I send photos of the ring (I have no idea why, told them there was nothing wrong with it) and then they told me that they will just destroy the ring if I send it back so they hope that I can just be happy with it. Total scammers and their 30 day return policy is a lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered my ring on on 2/9 on 2/10 I received an email that it was in Processing, since then I tracked it and it has been in ready to ship status for days, I sent an email asking about the order because my husband said I hope you were not scammed, this was the email back (Hi we will send it to you asap, and you will get the tracking info when it is sent out , hope you can just wait for a while) Sincerely, Andrew. because I paid the extra $20 for shipping I asked if I could get my $20.00 back, the reply was (Yes,we will) no name or anything. sent another email asking if I could get an estimated date (It will come to you before March 10 or earlier sandra) So I will see if it comes by then and if I really do get a refund for my $20. I also do not like that fact there is no phone number for this company. and most companies and there there employees have business like email reply information and all you get from them is a name nothing more.

This company is a joke. Don't bother paying for "shipping" so that you can have your merchandise at a reasonable time. You will just get screwed. And be careful with using your credit card. I still have not received my merchandise and it has been over a month with "expedited" shipping. When I contacted this company the reply was not Dear Ma'am, Sir, etc. It was "Hey" Not sure who owns this company but will be looking into it. Bottom line, be careful.

Absolutely horrible! The ring when I received it did not look like the photo, the sizing was incorrect so I decided to proceed with the so-called 30-day hassle-free return policy. SMH, what a bunch of foolishness. They refuse to talk to me about returning it, they insist that I send pictures proving that the sizing is wrong, how are you even expected to do that? And as far as the photos about it not looking the same, they claim it must be the lighting. I'm out of almost $200, the product is not what I wanted and the hassle-free return policy is nonexistent.

So I finally got my order in, after waiting since 11/24. I open my package this morning and surprise surprise my ring wasn't even in the box!!!! I am so beyond angry right now with this company. Even worse that they don't have a phone number you can call and you have to email them. I just want my ring! I doubt I'll even get my money back. I'm so upset with this company. I was so excited to open my wedding ring and put it on and I was so upset when it wasn't even in the box.
