HORRIBLE! The ring I ordered online was amazing and when I got it, it looked like a piece of plastic glass. I emailed and asked for a return label. They finally emailed me back and would not give me the address but kept asking questions and wanting pictures etc. FINALLY I got the address and its an address in China to return. I paid $95 for the ring and it was going to cost me $112.00 to return. WOW, talk about a scam! They ship from USA but returns MUST GO BACK TO CHINA! Don't waste your money. All good reviews are fake!

I waited so long for my ring to arrive that I had given up by the time it came. This is a bait and switch company; gorgeous ads, but you don't receive what is advertised. The ring I ordered was a brilliant emerald cut with great sparkle. What I received was a very dull emerald shaped center stone. It was shipped from Dubai. Forget about a return policy. Do not get fooled by this company. Also, when you are reading their reviews, take a good look at the hands showing off their beautiful purchases. Notice anything strikingly similar about all of the hands? Fake reviews by a small number of people.

They have very bad service! The first time I ordered from them, it didnt even reach to my home. Their customer service said it was delivered but I received nothing. They reply two days after and arent helpful at all!!! I want my $100 back!

Edited 3/12/2021 - in response to them; the necklace was gold plated, not titanium. I paid $47.95 for this item and received $14.00 refund because it was a customized name necklace!! Customized I understand, but green directly out of the box... that is not my fault nor responsibility. I will continue to write negative reviews about this wherever I can, because they do not allow negative reviews on their website. What upsets me most is that I’ve tried posting a negative review in their website, and they refuse to let it post. I ordered a name plate and it arrived green. They have given partial refund, claiming it can occur due to human contact.... the only human contact was from them, because again, It’s never been worn.

J'ai commandé une bague sur ce site avec de très beaux motifs et des finitions très belles, a ma grande surprise, la bague que j'ai reçue est une copie bien ratée , des finitions très médiocre, j'ai écris a ce site, ils ne veulent rien savoir, ils font même pas un effort de comprendre, il coupe court aux échanges en m'envoyant a chaque fois les mêmes réponses, a savoir "... on vous propose un bon de réduction de 35% sur vos prochains achats.." ... ou encore...." .. je vous renvois a notre politique de retour...". J'en suis a mon 21 ème mail, ce n'est pas gagné.

"I purchased 2 rings the beginning of January. Within a week I noticed the status changed to ready to ship. 2 weeks later still no items shipped so contacted the company. Went back and forth with customer service for another 2 weeks about how the rings still needed to be made. I finally opened a case on paypal and they marked my order "paypal reversal" and stated that my money had been refunded. 2 days later the rings finally shipped. Rings arrive and within the first week of wearing (I do not work, no hands in water...just basic wearing) 2 stones fell out. I contacted customer service again to be told that they do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. I also contacted Paypal which would not offer the option to file a case since I had to open one to get it delivered...and was told no reversal or refund from the company had happened. They did offer me a 40% coupon towards my next purchase. (keep in mind this is at least 20 emails total later) I will NOT be purchasing again."

I received a ring as a filler ring for our engagement until a real ring can be purchased. This “sterling silver” ring has turned completely copper in the matter of a few weeks! It’s an absolutely terrible product!

Purchased a ring, took over 2 weeks to receive. The ring cannot be worn b/c of the side stones scratching the insides of my fingers. Website shows "easy 30 day returns," yet they are not easy AT ALL. Have been going back & forth w/ customer service for almost 2 more weeks now with no resolution. They will not send me the information to return the ring and keep telling me that worn jewelry cannot be returned. How would I know there was a defect without putting it on my finger? It's ridiculous & I will never order from them again. Update- I had to go through PayPal and file a dispute, and they refused to respond to the dispute. Thankfully PayPal issued me a refund.
