I purchased a ring by clicking on an advertisement link and received a different ring. Customer service is through e-mail 1x per day. So my issue is a very slow ongoing process.

I saw one price and when it came up when I checked out it was another not good then the ring was not as nice as I thought it would and I have bought from you before

You sent me the wrong ring!

Ring did not match photo, ran small, was junky looking. Ended up getting refunded & tossing it out.

The 2 rings I have order from this company turned within 3 days, stop siking us buyers into buying these products with these amazing prices when knowing these products is fake. I don't think I will be purchasing anymore products from y'all at all.

I ordered my ring set over 2 weeks ago. I was sent an email that my order was being processed at that time. I emailed them yesterday, 2 weeks later, wanting to track my order as no tracking order number was included. The email response I received was that I should send a photo of the ring I received. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RING, but they sure received my money! When I navigated their website, I found a way to track my order via the order number. When I put that into the system, it said that the order number was invalid! Now, I truly believe I was duped and that this is not a real company. I am an attorney and will be filing a claim with the attorney general. Of course,immediately, I am going to go fight with paypal to reverse the monies. Please be careful if ordering from this company!

When I placed my order it have express shipping for $20 guaranteed to be delivered in three days it has been over two weeks and still nothing when asked they said it was impossible to deliver in three days and when I asked for a refund of the shipping charge they said no when I said to cancel my order and refund my money they said they would only refund half my money what a rip off be careful ordering anything from them

Very cheap ring and they are so big it very obvious it fake. Also they will not take back the ring even though they advertise a 30 day policy there excuse will be that particlular size is customizable. Please don’t waste your money.
