the quality is not as pictured and the return policy sucks.

Was told material was 925 silver , it's not finish started coming off 2 weeks after I started wearing it! Wont buy again!

My jewelry was received late. It says ships within 2-3 days, and you pay for expedited shipping, and you still have to wait 4 weeks to get it.

Poor quality.

Customer service is atrocious! I was unsatisfied with a purchase and asked to return it. I provided the pictures I was asked for. To only be told that because there was no tag I couldn't return it. Issue is, it didn't come with a ticket. I was then told that I was basically a liar because all jewelry goes out with tags. I repeated that this ring did not and have heard nothing back from them since. I will never purchase anything from them again and advise others to follow suit.

Never received rings also paid for Express shipping. No tracking number no information given

Horrible quality, waste of money 👎🏻

I did not receive the ring I ordered. It was similar but not the same. The band was set in stones which was both uncomfortable and cheapened the look of the ring. I wrote to you, but did not get a response. I did reorder the ring I wanted, but will be very unhappy if you send another like I got.
