BUYER BEWARE! SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!
I, like the previous poster, have had very similar issues with this fraudulent company. I should have seen the red flags in the beginning, but I tried to remain optimistic. Before the ring had even shipped, I checked their website to get my tracking information and it mentioned something about my dress was being tailored and delivery would take longer than expected...I purchased two rings; NOT a dress. I contacted the company and they claimed their “system was broken”. I saw on their Facebook page that was a very common excuse they gave to people questioning where their rings were. RED FLAG. I finally received the ring (from Hong Kong-NOT US based like they claim to be) and I was in absolute disgust. The main engagement ring looks like a $10 ring bought used off of eBay-the stone is cloudy, gaudy, and CHEAP looking. The diamond eternity band had a stone fall out immediately. I contacted customer service and spoke with the same rep back and forth, sending her pictures of the ring and it’s “fallen stone” as she’d call it. Finally after five days worth of messaging back and forth, and her telling me that I’d have to pay for return shipping (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE), she told me MY RING WASN’T ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN BECAUSE THE TAGS WERE REMOVED. The initial pictures I sent clearly showed the tags were removed-THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY. These people are pure scam artists. I paid over $150 for GARBAGE. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well, along with leaving the same reviews repetitively on their social media platforms.
