I was so happy with my ring set when it arrived, but a stone on the side of my engagement fell out after wearing it for two weeks. I decided to make a purchase because the set was inexpensive with the discount I received. Don't waste your money or time with their products.

They advertise 30 day return policy. when you try to return they tell you it must be returned within 7 days. then they will not refund you all the purchase price. they hold your order in fedex warehouse to make you wait longer. i guess a punishment for not paying for a quicker delivery date. This company is difficult to get in touch with. Very poor customer service.

As you see I wrote poor review and still yet I have heard nothing from this company. Other reviews I see that they direct unhappy customers to their email which is the same as their online chat that does not lead anywhere. I urge Christmas shoppers NOT to order here you will lose your money. I have written a letter to the BBB and they are going to follow-up. Ask your bank about wire fraud transactions and file a claim on your transaction if you are like me and had your money taken out of your account and no product delivered. I am going to keep writing reviews DAILY until my money is back in my account!

Accordi g to Fed Ex, Lajerrio pivks the delivery date. My package has been sotting at the local Fed Ex office for 2 days and they have been instructed not to deliver it until 2 more days. I feel that if you pay for something, you shoukd be able to get it as soon as possible. Also when I went to their customer servive chat room all I got gor an answer was the tracking number. Duh..I already have it. Then when I went further asking them why I have to wait, they ended the chat. Terrible customer service and ridiculous that they deliberately hold your purchase longer than necessary for delivery

I ordered a beautiful ring from their website on Nov 12 2019, I received an email saying the item had been shipped on Nov 19 2019. The email said it was shipped via USPS and provided a tracking number; then I received another email saying it was shipped via FEDEX, the same tracking number. Every time I check either website it says that they are waiting for the package, it seems like labels were created but no item was actually shipped. When I go on the Lajerrio website to try and chat online with a customer service rep, no one is available, so I can only leave email messages. They have responded to my emails but keep saying that they did ship the item and to keep checking back on the FEDEX website. Today is Dec 4 2019, and still no update and no ring. I am so upset because I should have never trusted this website. I purchase online all the time and I've seen this page advertising often so I figured there would be no danger--think again. Now I don't even know what to do! PS. Today is 12/16/19 and I just received my ring. I was constantly following up with Lajerrio and they were responsive. The service rep finally responded that the carrier had misplaced the package so I am not sure if the one I received was the original ship or a reshipment. But, I do love the ring. It's really beautiful. I just wished they would have been more proactiv and clear about the status so I wouldnt have jumped to conclusion out of worry. This is my first time ordering from them, I was sure it was a fraud, but turns out that something did happen. Why I am now here correcting.

I saw a ring on their website that I fell in love with. I ordered the ring. Was excited to receive it. I wore the ring once but upon looking at it i noticed some big imperfections such as the stone set to far down to where the prongs would snag on stuff if i continued to wear it etc. the design on the side was not centered to match on both sides which made the ring look like it was twisted etc. After communicating with them about this and just wanting the ring made right first response from rep was a 40% coupon so wait im loosing money on something they messed up on and then if i woulld have to spend more money to get another ring while they profit. Second response from rep when I asked could the ring just be replace with the correct ring was told no and then it went to 30% coupon. So from 40% to 30% while we still discussing the same issue. Naw. They have lost a customer which im sure they dont care but I will not tell anyone to buy from them because they dont stand behind they work. Big ripoff. They may have got my money this time but wont have the chance again.

I ordered a ring from them since the beginning of October we are now in November almost December and nothing! I contacted them and emailed them regarding my order and they have not responded! This is ridiculous !
