Both the necklace and it changed the color, even thou it said 1 year warranty they didn't do as promised, they are fake and bad customer service, dont waste ur money there....

I ordered a ring 3 months ago payed £98 for the ring and £12 for it to be engraved marry me but no ring l keep leaving messages but no reply

Update for my other review, I did receive the ring FINALLY, but still would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them, they were so unprofessional .. and when I asked for a refund the reply was "we're not giving you a penny back!" I was shocked .. what company would have such a reply?!!!! still my worse online shopping experience ever! .. if anyone is interested in rings, I would recommend Zulily website .. who sell rings on sale for much cheaper and better quality .. I bought from them 2 rings that were 8 dollars each after sale .. and they are MUCH BETTER than the ring I bought from Lajerrio's website (which was 121$) and higher quality .. I ordered from them 4 times and never once (yet .. thank god) did I have to contact their customer service for anything .. I hope this helps someone

DON’T BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!! I can’t state enough! Still waiting for our order 3 months on. Joy keeps sending automated responses but fails to actually answer any questions about our jewellery ordered. Delivery company refunded money to Lajerrio to pass onto us. Lajerrio refuse to give to us. Latest update is we’ll have to pay a levy! Absolutely disgusting. If I could rate 0 I would. Stay well away

Do not use this company, they are fraudsters - placed an order on 10th May, parcel received a month later, not the item I ordered, told to return it, had to pay £36 to send back, and they would refund the postage costs I have incurred, and now item is stuck in China as the company are refusing to pay the import tax, so I am still out of pocket, through no fault of my own, they are scam artists

Site de voleur. Refuse de me reprendre 2 produits qui je viens de m'apercevoir ne sont pas en argent. Ce sont des voleurs et menteurs!!!!!! 144 euros qu'ils ne veulent pas me rendre. Non seulement ils mentent sur les matériaux mais en plus il y a beaucoup trop de conditions pour les retours. Ce qui veut dire que vous avez 99% de chance de ne pas pouvoir renvoyer les articles. A partir du moment où vous bénéficiez juste d'une petite offre vous ne pourrez pas vous retourner. Danger !!!!!!!!!!!!!
