Never received my items. Emailed a couple times with no response. Filed a dispute with my bank.

I never received my purchase.

I had a truly disappointing experience with this company. I ordered Mother’s Day gifts in mid-April, but they never arrived. When I contacted the company in early May, they provided me with a tracking number that indicated the item was coming from overseas. However, when I questioned this, they gave me another tracking number that showed the item was being shipped within the US and had been delivered. Despite this, I had never received anything. I contacted the local postal office, but they couldn’t find the items. The postal office advised me that the company could file a claim, which I did. It’s been over two weeks since that communication, and over a week since I was told that I would be getting a replacement. I’m still waiting for the tracking number on the new shipment, which I believe will never arrive. While the company was relatively responsive via email, their actions didn’t match their brand. Moreover, I never knew who I was communicating with because they never signed their name. This lack of professionalism and transparency was disheartening.

Very disappointed necklace are not worth a penny

Positives - the design was very pretty and unique Negatives - took forever for package to arrive. Almost two months waiting - when I received the package, the chains were already tarnished. - chains does not look new. Looked like I bought something from Goodwill. To be honest I just threw the chains away. - the pendants, although they were really pretty, tarnihed after a week of wearing them. Not worth the money Not worth the wait Even with this 20% discount, I wont be buying again.

I ordered three cross and crown necklaces. The first shipment never got to me. The second I finally received weeks later. Two of the necklaces only lasted a few weeks before the chains broke. I will never purchase from laney again. They aim to be a family business. I'd be asking ashamed to admit that.

They are a complete scam. I never received my product and they sent fake shipping and tracking details. The lengths they’ve gone to in order to perpetrate this scam is incredible. I reported them to the BBB in NY who replied that the business doesn’t exist in NY and the address on their website doesn’t exist either.

Ordering and shipping were great. The product was falsely advertised. Your ad said you could shower in the necklace and the cross would not tarnish. I am on day four of wearing the necklace 100% of the time, and the cross is already tarnished. I can no longer wear the necklace. Very unfortunate.
