Another website/company that portrays being a Christian US family owned company but comes from overseas. (China or Japan) This needs to STOP.

Only giving a 1 start rating because 0 is not an option! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company to work with! I placed an order more than 4 weeks ago. It was supposedly shipped immediately and I was provided a tracking number - coming from China. I have received MULTIPLE generic emails that it is is on its way. After 2 weeks I reached out and asked for a refund because I could not get any updated tracking information. I was told on 7/19 if I had not received my item in a week they would provide a resolution. I asked for a refund again last night and received yet another generic email saying everything will be okay. This is after two other emails went ignored. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and Lainly responded immediately asking me to please contact my credit company and let them know it was okay. I will not do that.

I paid for and never received my jewelry purchase. The tracking information was slow in coming and false. It was almost non-existent one day and the next day, it was stated it had been delivered the week before. This company is dishonest and false. Claiming they are family owned and Christian is false. They are also not based in the USA like they claim in some of their adds. Live and learn.

I’ve been going back-and-forth with this company to let them know that I never received my order. I even showed proof through my daily USPS delivery notifications I receive every day. This proof wasn’t sufficient for them. I don’t know what else to do so I just told them to keep the money since they need it more than I do.

Never arrived. I kept contacting them and they said they can’t help delays. I never received the jewelry.

I placed an order 4 months ago and still have not received it!! Supposedly the first one got lost, so they sent a new one! I still have not received that one yet either!! Now, that one is lost too!! It’s ridiculous!! Do not buy from them!!!!!!

I ordered 3 cross & crown necklaces in December 2025 during the buy 1 get 2 free promo. Within 3 months the first necklace I gifted to my daughter broke. By May my cross, crown, and chain were tarnished to the point of being unusable. I'm unsure the status of the 3rd necklace as it was also a gift. I contacted Lainly about a replacement. I didn't want money back, I loved the item and wanted a replacement. I was told it was over 90 days and couldn't be replaced, but they would, in good faith, reimburse me for it. They do not honor their guarantee! It is supposed to be lifetime guarentee to be tarnish and rust proof! I sent pictures, they verified my order, and only offered a refund "just to be nice"! That was in early June and I have not heard from them since! No replacement, no refund! They do not honor their word or guarantee, and the item will tarnish! Do not trust them, and buying their product is a waste of money. As I told them, they offer buy 1 get 2 free because only 1 will be worth having - if you're lucky! I would give 0 stars if possible! I ordered one from another company and hope it is at least better than Lainly!

Took longer than expected to receive. Was so looking forward to receiving the necklace an d bracelet to give to my granddaughters. After weeks waiting for the jewelry to arrive I opened the package and WAS so disappointed. Something you would get maybe in a cracker jack box. I'm asking for a refund ASAP. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WEBSITE. I WISHED I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES
