Their quoting department contacted me after I requested information. I was pointed toward a very nice CNC lathe that would suit my needs. I requested a quote and more information. I got no response for a week so I called the 800 number and was finally put in touch with the person I had been emailing. After several minute of hemming and hawing, she promised a quote and video to arrive the next day. It has not happened. My many eamils to the info email has also gone unanswered. I am begining to wonder if the machine exists beyond the website picture.
