Our Ladped 14 E-bike stopped working and will no longer turn on after 2 months of ownership, have tried repeatedly to contact customer service through their website contact us portal, their website chat feature and direct mail. Numerous times with no response after at least 2 weeks of continuous attempts. Don't waste your money.

Scooter snapped whilst under warranty, offered replacement but then they ceased all communication with me. Avoid this company

I bought a Ladped LP80 scooter about six months ago and the overall experience has been very disappointing. The brake light fell off after the first month, the tyres kept going flat and had almost no grip, and I had multiple small crashes because they were so slippery. The final incident was genuinely dangerous: The entire front of the scooter suddenly snapped while I was riding, causing it to fold in half and throw me into the road. I ended up with cuts and bruises and the scooter is completely unusable. I emailed Ladped on 6th November and again on 8th November with photos of the damage and my injuries, and I still haven’t received any reply. Almost two weeks with no response for something this serious is unacceptable. The product failed in a very unsafe way and the customer service has been non-existent. I cannot recommend Ladped based on my experience.
