George was on top of every step to the process, giving me information and updates. Excellent customer service from ordering to delivery! Thank you, Greg

Simply Excellent!!! I placed a bid which was almost immediately accepted via email with confirmation and payment info. and within 24 hours or less I received another email with a “thank you” and that my product had already shipped via Fed Ex, complete with tracking info.! I only wish there were more companies and services like this which provide immediate, polite, professional responses and service! Will only look toward them again when looking to buy.

Extraordinary effort to get the appliance to me in time for a party. Really appreciated the polite and efficient customer service!

This was honestly the best on line shopping experience I have ever had. I would give 10 stars if it were an option. The item I purchased was back ordered and delayed due to circumstances out of their control however Maria consistently keep me updated and responded to questions on weekends and after hours. Ultimately I got my item earlier than I expected. I will not hesitate to buy from La Cuisine again.

Great price on a quality piece of cookware, definitely will start here with my next search.

Excellent service. Everything exactly as they promised. Super fast delivery. Would not mind to pay extra for such excellent service but pricing was super competitive. Thank you folks!!

I purchased a Zwilling toaster from La cuisine. The communication was excellent, the toaster arrived fast and in good condition. Although I used it for only a few days, i am happy with my purchase and hope to have it for a long time.

Good price. Free ship. No tax. Quick ship
