Great quality products, and the customer service are very approchable and very polite.

Excellent service

I am so happy I splurged on this kettle. It is awesome in both looks and operation. About 8 mins to full boil with a full kettle. Stays hot for a while. Loved that it was shipped overnight for free and that I received a personal email from a company rep after it shipped.

Very professional in their communications with customers. They were out of an item that I had purchased online, and they wrote a very nice apology email; not a canned one, it was personal. Overall happy with their service.

Ordering was quick and easy and I received my purchase quickly! Will order from LaCuisine Appliances again.

The best customer experience I have had!! Certainly up to par with Amazon’s customer appreciation! Thank you for the great experience and getting the item to me in time for Christmas!!!

Excellent prices, good selection and beat delivery estimate by a week even in the pandemic!
