Friendly over the phone but it's a lot of hype and zero knowledge. Very poor quality. They job work out and assume zero responsibility for bad product quality. Don't trust them with any color work (even simple PMS using photoshop or illustrator.) They sent a proof that did not come close to matching the actual product received. No refunds and you can't get in touch with supervisory staff. Avoid!
