Personally i had a very bad experience…
Personally i had a very bad experience with this company, Andrea, Victor (the architect) and the team of workers. At the really beginning he seems very available and interested in helping you with your project, as soon as you sign the contract he completely disappear and leave you managing all the problems. A part of that, several planification errors have been made from the kitchen to the simple plan of the appartment. He give you a spending prospect much lower just to get the project and as soon as they start working, everything need an "additional cost" not counted. My first prospect was of 21K all inclusive and the final it's a 70% higher. He only contact you to ask for money even if the work has not been done (you need to pay all in prepayment, and if you don't do it he will threaten you to leave the work not done, even if you already paid for it) Honestly it's been very stressfull and i'm talking about a very small apartment. The architect force me to project the Kitchen with Ikea and after, he didn't assume the error on the planification and the team of Tasiae Roc didn't assume the resposnability of install it, even if it was on the contract . he team of workers create several problem with the community of neighbors, never clean the common area , demage the stuff if bought to be installed en even left fecal residuals in the apartment. If you ask to remove it from the apartment they won't come for 3 days leaving it in your home. They make undred of errors compared to the plans and the instructions i've clearly passed. and if you ask them to correct the error, they ask you for money. Good way to take the double of money and loosing the double of time. I definetively won't repeat and highly suggest to avoid this company
