Lab AlleyReviews of laballey.com

Ordered 1oz of 85% trichloroacetic acid from them. Acid was not anywhere near the purity advertised. TCA above 70% purity frosts skin white instantly, theirs didn't have this affect even after leaving it on skin for a minute straight. It could have been water for all I know. I have attempted to email them multiple times to request a return/refund, to which I never got a response. I attempted to call them, nobody was available. Their live chat feature on their website has no human agents available either. I can't get a hold of anyone regarding this.

the products we purchased tested as advertised and sold. Nice quick service.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE good REVIEWS YOU SEE ON LAB ALLEYS PAGE. They are fraudulent and sell you placebo impotent product. I purchased HQ from them to make beauty products, only for it to have no effect. I emailed them to ask for the % potency and they sent me to write my question thru their page knowing full well it will never go thru, you will always get a 504 error. I emailed to report and further ask my question and they never replied. DO NOT fall for them, they are scammers.

The product I bought from Lab Alley is not good! Then I sent email to them but they didn't reply. Really shame. I will contact my credit card.

They provide great timely service. The products are good and the team is excellent
