Hello Juanita, I am the son of the owner and teacher of the company and I regret to inform you that on July 4th my father passed away. This is why nobody was able to respond since he ran this company by himself. He lived out of the country and I just received his property so I'm doing my best to let everybody know what happened so they don't think my father did this intentionally. He loved what he did and loved teaching everybody so please know that he would hate that you had to go through this. I am unaware of how to redistribute the money to everybody but I have seen alot of people get refunded, I hope you have already done so or you're able to. I now have his phone so if you cannot please reach out as I'm trying to figure this out myself. I truly am sorry for this and hope you're able to understand.

Hello Grace, I am the son of the owner and I regret to inform you that he passed away before your class was able to take place which is why you never had any contact or able to have your class. I assure you my father would've loved to teach you the class because he loved what he did and took a lot of pride in it. I am not associated with the business and have no clue how he operated it so I'm not sure how to send the money back at the moment. I've seen a lot of people dispute the charges though and I hope you're able to as well. If not, I have my dads phone now so please reach out if you cant because I'm trying to figure out how to do that myself so people don't have a distain thought towards my father. I truly am sorry for everything and any inconvenience you've faced during this.

Hello Jacquelyn, I am the son of Brian (owner and teacher) and I regret to inform you that my father passed away on July 4th which is why your class did not happen. He ran the company by himself which is why you were not able to get ahold of anybody. I just received his property and doing my best to let everybody know what happened so they don't think my father scammed them or did any of this intentionally. I'm happy you were able to dispute it and get your money back. I truly am sorry for what happened and hope you can understand.

Dear Sharva, my name is Daniel and I'm the son of Brian (owner and teacher) and I'm sorry about your expeirence but my father passed away on the July 4th which is why nobody's been able to reach out until now. He ran the company by himself and I just received his property and doing my best to let everybody know what happened so they hopefully understand that my father most certainly was not ignoring them. My dad never missed a class and always was very communicative towards his students so I hope you can understand. I am not associated with the business but I hope you were able to dispute your charge and get your money back. I'm currently looking into how to refund everybody that has not disputed. I truly am sorry for the headache and frustration you must've felt.

Hello Samantha, I am the son of Brians (owner/teacher) son. I truly am sorry that you had to go through this but I regret to inform you that my father passed away July 4th which is why you weren't able to have your class or get a response. My dad was the only person in the company and I just received his property due to him living out of the country which is why the response is so delayed. I assure you this company was not a scam and my father took a lot of pride and joy in what he did however due to your circumstances I understand why you would think so. I truly am sorry for this and sincerely hope that you were able to get your card elsewhere and everything is ok with your job. Again I truly am sorry for this.

yes you did refuse Zoom & indicated you want to use Microsoft even though website clearly indicates classes via Zoom. You maintained a hostile demeanor through all efforts to assist you. I was surprised observe such hostility from a university level teacher (as ID'd on your email signature). I am glad most students & nurses find our services to be great. It was inevitable that an unhappy client would eventually appear. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify our policies with those who may come across your review.
