love it.. helps my hips and back stay loose....ima 73 yrs old..and my body was getting stiff.... i use my machine twice a day...early morning ..and just before bedtime.. i would recommed it 2 any1 who has back problems or hips problems... it sure cut own on my DR visits,,, he cant believe how loose my hips are now ..

I really works great and refieves my back pain for about 4-5 hours. The only thing that I don't notice is the speed. No matter how many times i push the on button i get only one speed.
