a very good reaction for spinal column with soothing results for the lower back!!!

I use my Kyrobak before and after every game of golf and find I do not suffer the same amount of lower back pain as I used to do. I find it very soothing and dare I say, sometimes I stay on it for 20 minutes without ill effect, after a particularly long game. Money well spent.

Perseverance is the key

Once recovered from my period back spasms, it feels quite soothing. It also feels like I've achieved something.

It is very good but would have been better if you could sit in a chair instead of lying daun on floor or bed I have found that my back pain is ninenal now And I am now able to go for walks without being in a lot of pain I recommend this product for anybody who is suffering its expensive but worth it but you need to persevire as it takes a few weeks before you feel the benefit

Good but hard to find the right position

When struggling with lower back I bought the kyrobac to exercise the lower back. Really has helped greatly. Very easy to use (I found the bed easiest) and it turns off after ten minutes so you do not have to think about anything.
