Their generic Sildenafil (Viagra) used to come in an oblong white pill. It worked great. They changed their supplier to a round white or ble pill. These new round pills do not work...nothing....they are totally ineffective. Do not buy them

Billed for something I didn’t order

KwikMed changed their advertised generic product (NOT the one on their website) and shipped it to me. I have ordered from them for years and never a problem - but this time they substituted a new genetic product and expected me to take it it without calling them. If I had know they were going to change their generic I would never have wasted my money. Still I guess that is the pharma game today - keep buyer cheaper and cheaper generics until the product does not work for the customer at all but the manufacturer is make big dollars.

They do not conduct proper medical screening to see what medicine is right for you. I was also sent a prescription with a substitute medication and was not warned or even knew what is was. The medical label was typed but the medicine label was crossed out and some replacement medicine was written in its place. They also do not warn that medications will build a tolerance and become non effective. And they charge about $50 a pill for generic Viagra when you can get it for under $5 a pill. Do not use this company!!!

I placed an order on Apr 11, 2019. Never recieved it. At first, the rep I spoke with promised to refund. However, he called the next day stating that he could not refund and only offered to resend. I shook my confidence in the company. I may have to look elsewhere.

Tried to renew a prescription and was notified that the Doctor that had been assigned to me no longer had a license in California. It took 3 phone calls to figure that out. Then the customer service rep had no solution other than another screening call from a different doctor. That was a couple of more missed calls trying to link up. This is the second instance of having prescriptions and doctor issues.

Overpriced! I can get generic sidenafil citrate 100 mg for $2.00 a pill at my local pharmacy using GoodRx discount. KwikMed cost for the same prescription medication is $40.00 per 100 mg tablet.
