I paid extra for one day overnight delivery. Ordered at 5:00am 6/16 for delivery on 6/18. Tracking said delivery would be by 4;30 pm 6/19 (day late). Didn’t deliver 6/19 but finally on 6/22!

Have used KwikMed for several years, but was not informed when they were banned from shipping to MN. I then made an order to ship to an address in a neighboring state. I got a call to confirm that address and the person said everything was fine, but I have had no communications from now in two weeks, except this survey. Very frustrated.

DISAPPOINTED

Consistently fails to send delivery tracking numbers after a sale is made. With no tracking, the deliveries become available to any thieves that can pick up the items on my front porch. I have continually asked that tracking numbers be delivered along with the confirmation email of my purchase. But nothing has worked. Is anyone alive at this company that hears the complaint!!!

Well, no delivery as yet and I paid for next day. The Fedex site says: "No scheduled delivery date available at this time" "Scheduled delivery: Pending" "IN TRANSIT At destination sort facility JAMAICA, NY" Jamaica NY is right here in Queens NYC, so I don't see the problem.

They've cheapened up their generic meds to low budget alternatives with inconsistent results. I will no longer order from them.
