There were only two complaints that I had during the order process of getting my controller. The first was how long it took for them to ship my controller, it took over a month to hear from them. When I received my controller the paint design was excellent but I ordered a custom home button and there where bubbles on the inside of it and the home button itself is cheaply made. So I give this product 4 stars because the complaints that I made can be easily fixed.

Had about a 4 month delay on my order but I understand with the COVID crisis. Controller is gorgeous and exactly what I ordered. Customer service was very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend.

This controller looks and works beautifully!, and I am very pleased with how it came out. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it took three months to get. So if your going to order a custom controller during COVID-19 (more specifically a custom elite series 2), I AM WARNING YOU it’s going to take at least two months for them to finish, maybe even three like mine took, but you can trust these guys they got the job done and the controller is awesome!

This is a great controller once I finally got it it feels amazing how better the the original elite only thing I would advise to people is do not get the led changed I did on mine and now the home button will not glow so when your turning it on you don’t know it’s actually on until you press a button or flick the stick. Other then that small thing it’s great definitely worth the money

It took a long time to get the remote but it looked really good. The communication was great.

He was very easy to do business with! I only gave 4 stars because my controller was sent without the charging cable and without a box. He immediately sent out the charging cable when I emailed him about it. I greatly appreciate the quick responses I got! I do find it weird however that he couldn’t send the original box of the controller... but never the less my control came intact and working functionally. Thank you!

The handset looks great and was exactly as chosen in our colour however it lags and does not respond in they same way as my standard PS4 controllers. So after I posted this review I received immediate assistance from Kwikboy which I very much appreciated. We reset the controller as advised to fix the lag problem and it has improved but not to the same level as the original controllers we own. I am not sure why, but it is now better when in use. It would be good for customers if this information was provided up front in the initial description of the controller so that customers can make a more informed decision to purchase or not, at the beginning.

It looks and feels of Good quality. It does take a month to receive but is a custom order. I would have given 5 stars except the “x” button sticks on a regular basis which is a little annoying.
