Purchased from Kustora back last month and delivery was very quick. Customer service has been awesome as well because I had a few questions initially and they were very quick and supportive. Overall, amazing experience and more then happy to drop this review for them.

This company is a scam!! The company's webpage is created as if the company bases in the U.S. (it explicitly says "Domestic Shipping (USA)" and it lists the US phone number though, you will find that your product will be shipped from China (though you live in the U.S.) and you will ever be able to connect somebody on Kustra over the phone. The phone is just to tell you to send an email so that this "fake" US company does not have to somebody answering the phone in the US.). Anyways, here are things you have to be mindful using this company: 1. This company does not base in the US 2. The item pages look quite generous like Amazon but their return policy and terms say totally different things and of course their policies and terms are very favorable to Kustora 3. Your product will be delivered more than three or four weeks and it is impossible to track (they provide a tracking number, but once it is shipped out from China then there is no way tracking after until the product is delivered to you) If you would like to thrill yourself and throw your money and time, this company and its product are the perfect fit!!
