Human beds have 60-90 day try periods to see how well you like or dislike and can send back for refund if you can't adapt to sleeping on it. Why would I be even getting a review form to fill out before the dog bed is even delivered? Maybe the money spent to computer generate satisfaction survey would be better spent on personal to fill orders? If you want to make me happy send the product that was ordered If you want to get my dander up flood my inbox with reviews for products that have not been received. dog bed has arrived and my dog is using it more day by day. It is made with good materials and is fairly easy to put together I can imagine that if you are not used to putting things together it may be difficult if you don't take a deep breath once and awhile I am already thinking about ordering 1 or 2 more so the dog will have more than one place to relax

I have had these beds for over 15 years and I love them. ALL of my dogs love them. I just bought a new one for our puppy and while I bought the wrong material and I'm bummed, because it will be too hot outside, I still think they will love it!
