I from my experience know not why Kuranda chooses to push or at the very least place Fedex as number one choice of shippers? My experience with Fedex has not been good ! I would say at least 80% of the times they have been used. Even thou I use UPS Kundra charges more, other businesses that I order from does not charge more for UPS, guess they, for the benefit of their customers and good business practice, absorb the price !

Good bed and comfy playing scratching bar. The toys are also addictive.

The beds are made very well, very sturdy and the best part chew proof. I would of given 5 stars but it took a long time because of shortages to get to me. Other than that a great quality and customer service.

I really enjoy the beds the price is a little high for parts made in China as I as outing the bed together The screws kept stripping out so it’s going to make it extremely hard if I ever have to take the bed apart and make up metal shavings all over. And I only uses a hand tool no power tools.

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, assembly was simple. This is our second kuranda bed- the only thing we are wary of is the fact that the material doesn’t seem to be stretched as tight as the other bed we have, even though it is the same fabric. Just hoping it doesn’t start to sag, as our other one from years ago is still in very good condition, the material still tight. We are hoping this new bed lasts just as long!

great dog bed and padded cover but the selection of leaches was limited.

Bought the slipcover for our aluminum frame dog bed. It really makes the dog bed look like it belongs to our furniture set!! Would’ve gotten five stars, but the pad that came with it is too small so the dogs don’t find it as comfortable.
