KrysaliisReviews of krysaliis.com

Horrible experience. I bought two things and they sent only one, and duped me big time. Saying that they sent both the pieces. They have no emails, no ledger and are cheats. Please never buy Jewelry from them.

I received a damaged, defective and incorrect item from this company (did not match the listing photo). I reached out to them immediately and had no response. Reached out to them two weeks later, again, no response. Apparently they think it’s OK to send a dinged, scratched and incorrect item to someone and not respond when the customer has an issue with it. This item was a gift and there was no way I could give it in that condition. Overall, an awful Company run by awful people that i’ll be avoiding from here on out. There are plenty of other purveyors of fine silver items that won’t send you damaged junk!
