Way better than the alternative!
I don't write enough positive reviews, but after being switched from Kroger Specialty Pharmacy (KSP) to god-awful Accredo, I thought I should give credit where it is due. For one thing, KSP answered the phone. It also sent me my medicine in a timely fashion. There was some confusion over e-mails with non-functional links to schedule delivery, but since KSP always called me to schedule delivery, those were only a minor distraction.
