Sent an email to their customer service and they quickly got me set up with an exchange with no hassles. Very happy with their service. Francisco was so nice and helpful. I had a bad experience before, but didn’t want to give up on the brand and ordered directly from them this time which was an entirely different experience.

I’ve been using the Ruby Thermal Mask and Instant Face Lift and definitely see a difference in my skin. I use the syringe a couple of times of week because I hate needles and refuse to do botox, and I use the thermal mask once a week. Together they work wonders on my skin and even my husband has noticed the results. I have used it a few times on him and will definitely get more when we’re done with the products.

So happy to finally have found an anti-wrinkle cream that ACTUALLY WORKS! The Ruby cream is amazing.

Called back in to make an order with their online sales associate when I ran out and got my products in time with no hassle.

I purchased my products in Spain while on a recent vacation now that things have opened up. I loved the staff who were funny and very knowledgeable. I got the syringe from their Ruby series and used it throughout my vacation and also when arriving back in the states. Recently ordered another one from their website.
