I love Kristals products however I feel really compassionate with other reviewers that mentioned poor customer service from this company. I was given a set of Kristals products as a gift and have to say-their products are amazing. They are extremely pricey but so worth the price tag. After a couple of months I bumped into a Kristals kiosk in Cancun and was shocked to find out how they actually market their products. Their salesperson was extremely rude and "tough". Ever since then I only shop on their website. Kristals product get 5 stars, their marketing and sales get 1, thus have to give them 4.

I've tried Kristals a couple of years ago and recently was visiting LA and stumbled upon Kristals products. Just like the last time I got Kristals Sapphire Set which includes this amazing lifting eye cream and it did not disappoint again. The only downside is the price point. You have to be ready to spend thousands on this skincare. But well worth it.

Great experience in Kristals cosmetics store last week. I was out with friends and one of sales representatives invited us to come in and check out their products. I was treated like a Queen.I did purchase a couple of their products and will update my review after a few weeks of using them. Hence 4 stars that might turn into 5

My Mother loves Kristals. She speaks about them all the time with my sister. Both of them pursuit holistic lifestyle so Kristals just fits perfectly. Besides- it an easy gift idea for any of the occasion. Just on the expensive side.

Visited the kristals store at Coolsprings galleria in Nashville . I really enjoyed the products and the express facial . A bit pricy but worth it .

This company is a hidden gem. Their holistic approach to beauty and skincare is one of a kind. Really hard to find another brand on a market that has the same variety of products and is not afraid to pursue holistic approach to skincare.
