I recently was injured at work and was put in a bad situation where they were trying to deny my claim. The attorney assigned to me was very knowledgeable and straight forward. I did not always get the answers I wanted to hear but I did always get the true and honest answer to my question. I was assisted with my SSDI case from the initial application and received a lot of personal attention. My case was successfully submitted and awarded in 10 months with no appeals necessary. My advice is to follow your attorney's instructions and ask for advice before answering anything. Tell your complete and honest story; do not give only brief answers on the questionnaires.

Workmans compensation is very hard on person filing claim.
