I would be wary of KPI Group (or KPI Inc Group). KPI Group has a lot of positions like “Entry Level Management Trainee”, “Customer Service Outreach Rep” and “Community Outreach Associate.” I found very little information about KPI Group online. Be careful about confusing “KPI Group” with “KPI Partners”. KPI Partners is an analytics company, while KPI Group is a marketing agency/direct-sales firm. Glassdoor appears to group these two together? Just a FYI. There’s also only a few credible workers associated with “KPI Group” on LinkedIn, and I couldn’t even find “Albert Sandoval”, the owner of KPI online anywhere. Even on the “Meet the Face Behind KPI Group”, there’s not even a picture of him or information about his specific background. The KPI Group website is also very, very vague and non-specific in my opinion. They move you fast along the hiring process, and it feels very alarming and suspicious. I’m pretty sure this is a sales-oriented position, even if they try to downplay it. You are paid weekly and honestly, this feels very sketchy to me. It doesn’t feel like an official, “real” job. Be careful.

Watch out for this fake company. Many of their job posts are related to customer service, account management trainee, or marketing associate position on LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter. They goes by another name as Assurance Wireless asking gullible new hire to stand by canopy at the supermarket and try to get as many people to sign up for free phone service for the new customer in promise for an opportunity for promotion to be branch manager could make up to 65K a year. Once customers signed up and activated the phone service, they are on their own since the service is crappy, and they will change the plan without letting you know.
