I have not had my fence installed yet…all I get is the runaround…IF you talk to anyone at all. i have been told one date, texted the day before to confirm since no one had reached out or anything. Was told it was a different day….a week later than what I was told. Originally the guy that did the quote said it would be the end of August. Here it is the middle of September, and still no fence. As soon s the quote was sent to us they aggravated us to death until I paid 2/3 NOT THE 1/3 that is in the original quote agreement. The agreement says pay 1/3 upon signing, then something about another 1/3 about ordering the materials ( but definitely not at the same time) ….then all went silent….nothing for weeks…I called the main office and they seemed puzzled as to why no one was responding. I requested a complete refund and surprise the next day they called and give the false date…which was supposed to be sept 10…. And today it is now said to be the 17th…BUT HE SAID IT MIGHT FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR EARLY NEXT WEEK….WHAT THE HELL KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS. I wish I would have never heard of them and I wish I could get a full refund of my $6838.80 back….which is my 2/3 of the whole balance….for less than a half acre lot. If I were you I’d RUN NOT WALK away from them…..if possible don’t give them any money until it’s completed and don’t make any plans to take off work to be there or you’ll end up fired for swapping your schedule. I want a complete refund. It makes you sick knowing you have already given so much money and still get the run around…wonder what the finished product will look like. It better by God be perfect after the time wasted, money I’ve had to spend and still will because they will not refund my entire amount …and crap I have endured . I have heard every excuse in the book and I’d be ashamed to say I worked there if I did.

11 MARCH 2026: "VETERANS AND WOMEN OF COLOR BEWARE????" THEY HAVEN'T FIXED ANYTHING. EMPTY WORDS... (Install was Dec 2025?) "BAIT AND SWITCH?" I asked to speak to the owners so that they would know about the inferior materials and unskilled workers that were sent to my home. I asked the salesman "Tate" for a new driveway gate with materials of equal grade or better than what was existing. Tate told me that you all don't do jobs for less than $2,500. So in addition, I asked for a pedestrian gate centered on the front door and to replace the wood gate on the south side of the house. They cut my previously existing fence that was level and in excellent condition and placed the gate in the wrong position. Lawson told me that it was only about seven inches off and they could fix it? Cut more and then patch work it? They removed the top rail of my once level fence and did not reattach the fencing to it. They didn't try to make it level as it was before they cut it. They cut the bottom tension line and did not reattach it. They installed the posts in the dark and the next day pushed, with much force so that the gates did not swing into the street. They're not plumb and now they swing in. The posts and driveway gate that they installed are not equal grade material to what was there before. The post aren't the same and the gate now looks like an unlevel, uneven, unfinished, low grade, industrial, makeshift, rusting already containment stucture. I tried to speak to the supervisor "Lawson" and lead worker "Omar" about the the wood gate not being level and he(Omar) threatened me standing not even 2-3' away. The rest of the workers looked shocked but did nothing. I told Lawson about it and I filed a police report. Lawson was not present at the time of the incident or most of the job. Lawson did hagle with me about fence posts and drop pin not being included. I had to contact Tate to clarify that they were. I kept my old gate even though I paid you all to take it away. They tried to pilfer parts of my old gate to use on the thing they erected. The whole thing has been destructive and harmful. I made two payments and received rusted steel. Not equal grade or better. The first gate they brought was dented, scraped and dirty. The one the left here along with the hardware is not galvanized. Its just painted steel. In the end they blamed Tate (the salesman) for everything. I've been lied to, verbally accosted, haggled with and disrespected... I'm not going back and forth and getting into discussions about truth. I don't accept gaslighting because its just more abuse. If you want to send skilled and professional workers to my home with the grade of materials that we agreed on, and if you plan on replacing not patchworking the fencing that those uncaring, unskilled workers cut/damaged. If you relevel the fence and position the pedestrian gate centered on the front door, to set the posts plumb and level to each other, then please come to my home and fix this harmful, hurtful, insulting mess. It will probably cost me another $2,500. 5o get someone else to replace what you all did here.
