Kovelli was built on one idea: make things worth buying. Not things that look the part in photos and fall apart in three months. Things that feel right the moment you use them, hold up over time, and earn a place in your routine. We work in the space between comfort, wellness, and feeling good at home — and we don't overcomplicate that. We're a small team, and that's intentional. It means we actually care about what goes into every product we put our name on. The materials, the construction, how something holds up after six months of real use. That's not a talking point for us. It's just how we operate. Our collection covers sleep, support, and everyday home comfort — mulberry pillowcases, deep sleep masks, yoga mats, meditation cushions, diffusers, and more. Every product exists because it solves something real. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's not changing.Kovelli is a brand people can trust to deliver exactly what it promises. That's the whole vision. It always has been.

If you need to return an item, no matter how expensive, the firm offers a 20% refund and you keep the item. Or, they will send an RMA but you need to pay for shipping. The item was a backrest that was shrunk down to a pillow size object. There is not way that it would inflate into a backrest that would be stable enough.

Bought a mimi ear pillow for my wife. It did not relieve her ear discomfort so we ask for a refund. They offered a 25% refund and we keep the pillow. As it was no use to us we asked for a full refund. After a few weeks of no contact they again offered 25% refund or we could return the pillow. The only problem was we had to return the pillow to China and pay the shipping cost. Be careful when doing business with this company.
