Hi Jonathan, thanks for flagging this. The promotion details shown on Koupon are provided by the seller and Amazon, while purchase quantity limits are controlled by Amazon. If the promotion requires 4 units but Amazon only allows 3, we recommend contacting Amazon Customer Service to confirm the restriction. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Hi Diana, we’re sorry about this experience. Prices and sellers can sometimes change after a deal is published, but we agree that the price shown on Koupon should be as accurate and up to date as possible. We’re improving how frequently we recheck these changes. Thanks for the detailed feedback.

Hi Craig, sorry the codes you tried didn’t work. We recheck promo codes every hour because they can expire or change without notice. We also want to clarify that Koupon does not require your personal information to redeem the promo code. We appreciate you raising the concern.

Hi Robert, sorry about the confusion. Deals can expire or change quickly, and occasionally a promotion may no longer be available by the time you look for it. We’re working to keep advertised deals and the deals shown on Koupon better synchronized. Thanks for calling this out.

Hi Iyad, sorry to hear you had a poor experience. If there’s a specific deal or issue that didn’t work as expected, we’d appreciate the details so our team can look into it.

Hi Neshmayra, thank you for sticking with Koupon and for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry the recent experience hasn’t been as smooth as it used to be. Search, filters, and overall usability are areas we’re actively improving, and feedback like yours helps us understand where the experience is falling short. We really appreciate your continued support.

Hi Kevin, thanks for the feedback. We want to clarify that Koupon does not set or mark up product prices. Pricing, list prices, and promotion information are provided by Amazon and the sellers, and they can change frequently. Our goal is to help surface available deals and promo codes, not to inflate prices to create artificial discounts. We appreciate you raising the concern.

Hi, we’d like to clarify that Koupon does not increase product prices or create artificial list prices. The pricing and promotion information we display comes from Amazon and the sellers, and prices can change over time. We’re continually working to keep deal information as accurate and up to date as possible. Thanks for sharing your concern.
