Horrible experience. They are scammer and they still you money.

The reason why i put one star for KOT4X when I was going to deposit money on it , it's was fast. KOT4X IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAM AS A BROKER. THEY LOVE TO LOCK PEOPLE MONEY OUT.THE BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH KOT4X I DON'T WANT NO ONE HAVE. IF YOU DON'T I LET YOU TODAY GUYS

Kot4x is going through “account migration “ and apparently my account there having problems migrating. Literally just deposited $888usd and I’m unable to internally transfer funds . It’s as if my meta trader 4 is not connected anymore and my money is stuck in the app. Customer service states they’ll get back to you in 1 business day. Submitted several tickets and 3 days later no response.

I was recommended by profile picture name to file a complaint which saves my coins.

They are freezing accounts without warning and now I can’t get my money out my account!!! my god!!

Just when I thought they couldnt get any worst... they did. this company is horrible and thats just the honest truth, their rollouts are trash! they merge to tradelocker, no warning or anything, then the merge happen and a bunch of emails were sent out to notify people of said merge. i had trades in that were closed and money that i am unable to get... tradelocker is horrible and theyre trying to make it a thing, and its not going to work, they finesse people to do the funded challenge, overwhelmed, and offer credits which didnt really help your account, then they pulll this.. they have 2-3 more years before a bigger fish buys them out, which im sure thats all they are in it for. horrible. would not recommend

I tried to sign up with them and send them the required documents for verification. They took their sweet time of 48 hrs and said they cannot complete verification. I asked them for a reason or if they need additional paperwork. But they said they cant share reason. I dont know how people can trust them with their money.
