I do not recommend KOSPET. No support. Everything is beautifully described on the site, but in fact for 3 weeks Support did not answer !!

Ho acquistato gli ultimi due smartwatch usciti, M2 e T2 e quest'ultimo mi è stato inviato non perfetto e con il display storto. Era un regalo, ho pagato la spedizione opzionale, 60 euro di dogana e nessuna risposta alle mie mail di reclamo. Pessima esperienza e soldi buttati.

Product paid in may 2020 and not delivered yet. Today is 25th Oct 2022. Maybe it will be delivered in the afterlife.

If you buy not from the official store, no chance, that the company will help you. its really very, very bad chinese service

the magic 3 did not work and I am on week 3 of trying to get it replaced

Ordered a Tank M1. The screen has an air pocket behind it. Reached out to customer service for a return and refund due to an issue with the quality. Have not received any word back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Finally received the watch Kospet Optimus 2 with 4GB / 64GB storage and after using it for almost 12+ days below are the main points I have experienced. 1: Battery only last for 1.5 to 2 days on moderate use. 2: All Most all the apps like YouTube or other social media apps twitter/whatsApps/ FB etc. are not designed to work on this watch as the apps upper/Lower corners are not visible and you can't do anything can't even sign in to google or any other email normally until you squeeze you fingers 10 times to reach the corner button which are hidden due to the watch circular shape. even tried other regular apps they are also not designed for the watch. In-fact the android system is just a copy paste on this watch and is not designed accordingly to the watch dimensions. 3: No Volume Keys or soft volume keys to adjust volume while playing anything. 4: Heart Rate Measuring goes crazy at times it was indicating my HR above 185 and I got panic and checked on other devices as it was around 79. 5: The charging Dock is very very slow to charge the watch and it will stop charging if you move little bit, then need to readjust it. 6: Watch Faces are very Pathetic. 7: The Phone App is very basic to the point although i was able to connect it to iPhone 13. 8: Very sensitive to water as simple hand wash can stop the watch from working. I mistakenly washed hands then had to dry with hot air as it started flickering. 9: The DHL delivery was received very late almost 15 days after placing the order. although I paid extra for DHL express delivery. Totally unsatisfied, will not advice at all unless you have abundant of free money.

Be careful purchasing this watch from the website. I bought last March 31 via website and paid for the DHL but until now I do not have the watch and the tracking number kospet gave me is useless, it always says that the sender still not handed the shipment to the DHL. Be careful. I hope this is not a scam. I'll update review once I got the watch, If I will ever get it.
