I recently had a fault with my Kospet Optimus. The screen stopped working, however the electronics were fine. Contacted KOSPET and organised a repair. The person I liased with (Micoo) kept me informed on how the repair was going. I did take quite some time, however the watch had to be sent overseas etc to be repaired. All said and done, the watch was returned working perfectly... Good watch by the way! Doug.
