The worst watch I ever had ,customer service is really bad they can’t communicate you can’t understand their English .Don,t ever buy this junk

Do not buy this watch after buying two watches bought T2 pretty well for the price. It was good. Then, after ruining it six months, the band support on the watch itself broke. I called Kospet. They were very nice and said they would send me how to return the watch that did not happen but since I thought they were sending the watch, I bought a T3 because it was advertised to do blood pressure. It did not their programming wasn’t complete yet. But that is how they advertised it. Then the T3 got very dim and quit charging until the screen just went black. I contacted Kospet on 7/12/24 , yes 2024. After several videos, finding the order numbers in multiple ways, I’ve showed the problem and they said as soon as I sent those, I could return it. It never happened till last month and order numbers in another video. They said that the cracked lens was the problem and they would not refund the money. It was a screensaver. There is absolutely not a scratch on the screen. Do not buy this watch they will not back it. They will not provide service is my experience. I would appreciate anybody that wanted to contact me. I have emails since July 12, 2024 and the videos and the photos, etc..

Il Tank T4 che ho acquistato sembrava molto bello all’inizio, quando poco dopo ha rivelato tutte le sue falle ed inesattezze. Partendo dalla batteria, con tutto spento, sensori per il cuore, ossigenazione e stress; gps spento; schermo sempre spento, la batteria non durava più di 4/5 giorni, ben lontano dai 15 come dicono loro. Figuriamoci con qualche sessione con il gps acceso. Note ancora più negativa é stata quando inaspettatamente si é spento e resettato da solo cancellando tutti i dati raccolti durante la giornata. Pessima esperienza, non comprare Kospet.

I purchased KOSPET TANK M4 for my dive trip to the Maldives it only lasted 3 shallow dives around 20 metres before it completely packed up it froze on the 4th dive and then the to screen went black total waste of money as a dive computer it's not fit for it's purpose and it is advertised as a dive smart watch dive computer

Purchased a TANK M4 watch, a steel band and a Power Pocket charging device. The POwer pocket charging puck was dead out of the package. 12 emails later, I still don't have a resolution, and they've gone radio silent. Which is too bad since it appears to be a pretty cool watch, with a lot of features I could use. Avoid this online company unless you're okay with ordering a one-time-use disposable watch.

I purchased KOSPET Tank T4 online from their official website & they charged me twice for the single order plus 2 times tax on international transactions & card transactions charges as well ( price of my order was 254.99$ & they stole 585.383$ which is more than my two months savings ). They’re not replying to my emails as well & I don’t know if the order will arrive on time or not . Guys don’t buy from them please it’s fraud especially on online store .

Ho comprato un kospet tank t3 incuriosito dalla certificazione MIL. L'allineamento con l'app android funziona, il dispositivo ha un buon altoparlante e microfono. Le notifiche non si leggono facilemente e se non si leggono dal cell rimangono anche sull'orologio. Ma il bello deve arrivare, una decina di giorni dopo l'acquisto faccio il mio primo allenamento in piscina, avvio la registrazione della sessione e dopo 30min l'orologio si impalla, rimane fisso sulla schermata di allenamento e non da più segni di vita. Dopo un hard reset muore definitivamente. L'assistenza mi chiede PRIMA DI RIMBORSARMI di cancellare il reclamo paypal, al mio rifiuto ma proponendo nel frattempo una restituzione a spese mie, LORO SPARISCONO. Non mi hanno piu risposto e l'unica cosa che posso fare è affidarmi a paypal sperando mi rendano i 95 e passa € spesi. EVITATE DI ACQUISTARE DA LORO, sono SOLDI BUTTATI.
