Put simply, what a brilliant watch. Easy to use, solid build, very very close to accuracy perfection, far better than any of my 4 previous watches.

Greetings from Kenya. I had been using the Kospet Tank M1 which I had come to love but my son also loved it, and eventually convinced me to give it to him. I have been using the Kospet Tank T3 ultra for the past 5 days and I have to say its definitely amazing. The T3 ultra is packed with more features than I need, but its good to know that even the weather or compass is available whenever I need it. I shall give it a test over the Ngong hills over the weekend, I'm sure the physical endurance required for the climb will also put the watches measuring abilities to the test, both ascending and descending.

Great customer service. They make a very good product, but I did receive one that was faulty. I reached out to the Kospet customer service team and was pleasantly surprised by the humanistic interactions I had with getting the item replaced. All of my my questions and concerns were answered timely and thoroughly. Throughout my experience with the replacement process, it really showed that customer service was a priority to this company, which I find rare these days. They've earned my business.

I had problem with original Tank X1. After discussions with Kospet Rone and myself arrived at an amicable solution. The speed of response, along with the the courtesy of the responses showed what "Customer Service" should be. I would happily recommend Kospet, and would gave no hesitation contacting the Company again in the future.

I have purchased two Kospet watches, T2 and T3 Ultra, and both have worked very well. The customer service team did an amazing job with any minor inquiry, any spare parts are shipped very quick.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Uhr und habe recht schnell und auch eine sehr gut erklärte Anleitung zum weiteren Vorgehen erhalten. Obwohl die Uhr nicht direkt Beim Hersteller bestellt wurde. Ich bin sehr zu frieden und würde auch wieder dort bestellen.

Здравствуйте! Хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями о компании KOSPET. Я приобрел часы данной компании, М3 ULTRA? 16 июня 2024 года. После использования, примерно 1 месяц, у меня часы начали давать сбой, в определенных приложениях не работал отклик низа экрана. Покупал часы не через магазин KOSPET. В интернет магазине. После обращения в данный магазин, я не получил ни какого ответа. Воспользовался электронной почтой поддержки клиентов KOSPET. Как крайний шаг. Надежды было мало, так как покупка была не через официальный магазин. Какое было мое удивление, когда на следующий день я получил обратную связь с сервисом KOSPET. Они запросили все подтверждающие документы, на приобретение данных часов. Спустя еще день, я был очень удивлен ответом, компания KOSPET предложила мне сделать бесплатную замену часов, на новые. С учетом всех затрат на доставку. О компании KOSPET я слышал много хорошего, но после моего с ними общения, впечатления, как бережно компания относиться к своим клиентам, по всему миру, заслуживает огромного уважения! Большое спасибо компании KOSPET и ограмное уважение!
