Tank x2 ultra software issue makes it useless as a step tracker
Tank x2 ultra. i told them there was a software issue shortly after I started using it. the cumulative weekly steps are incorrect. each day it tracks the steps but then when they tip over into the weekly data they suddenly show way lower on some days. I provided data to prove this and they agreed. they assured me it would be fixed. After a few months wait and many messages, no improvement. I asked for a refund and they started to try to offer only a partial refund. know your rights. this was not fit for purpose. I now have a full refund and can shop elsewhere. so Im grateful for that but this experience makes me doubt some of the other data and also their integrity

T3 ultra 2 GPS issues, problemi
I have just purchased a T3 ultra 2 and noticed that the maps showing the route followed (i.e biking or walking outdoors) are wrong if the tracking is launched by the watch ( error larger than 2 km). On the other hand, if the tracking is launched via the app on the phone the map is okay. Asked support to kospet and waiting their feedback.

Well made, but very unreliable.
PROS:
The Tank X2 Ultra is a very well made watch, with good battery life.
But that is where the good points end.
CONS:
It is very unreliable.
It cannot accurately tell when I fall asleep.
It keeps saying it is ‘syncing’, but although the Steps and Blood Oxygen are passed to the App, Sleep and Blood Pressure are not updated. 'No Recent Sleep Data'
The exact same goes for the most important thing for me: Blood Pressure measurements. 'No Data'
Steps, and Blood Oxygen are always recorded, and displayed in the KOSPET Fit app, so it cannot be that I’m wearing it wrong. I have tried various strap tightness, to see if I can remedy this problem, without success.
The KOSPET Fit app, appears to be a direct copy of the Da Fit app, but it doesn't work as well.
Who needs to measure ‘Stress’, when you have a Blood Pressure measurement; which unfortunately, I don’t most of the time.
And measuring ‘Mood’ and ‘Stress’, are merely gimmicks. If the Tank X2 Ultra was reliable, I would always be in a good ‘mood’, and ‘stress’ free.

Reviewing Kospet Tank 3 Ultra.
Reviewing Kospet Tank 3 Ultra.
Is the Kospet Tank 3 Ultra the exact same as Amazfit T-Rex 3 Ultra? No. Of course not. They (almost) look the same. But at 1/3 of the price, it provides about the same % in return.
Since about three months I am the proud owner of a Kospet Tank 3 Ultra, the flagship of Kospet /Amazeware.
I really like the solid built, bright sharp display, reasonably large battery and good finish. So all reviews raving about the "rugged manly" looks are correct. But that's about it.
As soon as I received it, I brought it on a 5 day mountain hiking trip. Used the GPS in hiking, mountaineering, trail runs mode etc. All mountain related modes. No GPS elevation tracking. Only the very imperfect barometric altitude, only showing max and mis altitude , alwaysy 10 - 150m off.
When downloading the GPS exercise records on Kospet app, I realised they are very basic and not user friendly. The graphics are rudimentary (no satellite view available, for instance).
Lack of Elevation tracking is My main issue with it. For a €135 GPS tracker watch, I would expect this to be a pretty standard basic feature.
My €35 Amazfit U-Bit Pro certainly had it.
There is no point advertising 130+ sports, when even the most basic ones aren't tracked adequately. Also pointless advertising lots of apps, when even the most basic aren't connecting nor yet reliably working. Get the basic right first.
My open questions to KOSPET Tech Support:
1. Can you please add Elevation Tracking on your Kospet app (copy and paste from Zepp APP). The GPS info is 3-dimensional, so the source is there.
2. Alternatively , how do I link STRAVA onto Kospet Tank 3 Ultra, to track elevation when using any of the hiking / Mountaineering, without bringing the phone along.
3. "AGPS - has expired". Since a week this is the message I get on any GPS supported mode, so GPS stopped working altogether.
So far I connected Kospet app to my Strava. The Kospet activity records appear on Strava , but with the same problem: the records only show basic info ( distance and duration) with no GPS tracking, nor elevation.
All my attempts to ask support from Kospet CM / TS on their app were unanswered. Some CS person answered via email, very polite, but practically giving little of substance. Hence the 2 star rating. Until they sort this out.

Regrets...
Regrets...
I bought a Tank X1,but have largely stopped using it. When tracking exercises, it repeatedly stops and sends a message to end or continue tracking. Since I am often into my exercise, I will not notice this, and only find out later, when retrieving my data, that the watch stopped monitoring a while ago. There is no setting to get rid of this, so it was easier to just get rid of the Tank X1.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. Battery discharge completely in 4 hours . And the power bank does not charge . I tried to contact the customer service for repair or replacement as the watch is still in guarantee. No response at all for about one month. It seems that all it matter to kospet company is to sell there unreliable products . And then vanish . Very bad experience. I don't recommend this company to any one

Didn't work for us
I wish this product had worked for me because I sincerely thinkt it is a great idea to pack the full power of an Android cellphone into a watch instead of having a reduced experience with a Wear OS smartwatch that is not truly standalone. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I bought it for my son because I don't want to give him a full smartphone for now and the Kospet was able to work as a standalone phone with GPS. The first problem started with the inability to setup Google's Family link, which leaves the device completely out of parental controls. The second problem, is that my son started noticing frequent overheating to the point were he was unable to wear it. Third problem;: The GPS started reporting the phone's position almost half a mile off. Fourth, some apps that are essentials, like Google Calendar, do not open on the Kosper.
As a company, my experience buying from tthere
