I got my Kospet Optimus2 watch. really good watch. but after 4 months suddenly it get hot, screen stopped to work and it turned off. okay it happens. But then it start with the warranty. I am right now writing with Kospet since few days. sending them all documents videos etc. Also payment confirmation and Invoice. they saying I didn't buy it on kospet site (but I did- HongKong Kospet technology inc.) And they can't refund it. What? They can't not read? they wan't refund it. Really bad service. It is a joke. Be carrefull

The watch arrived with the camera broken. No support from Kospet. They should have sent a new one, but nothing.. Such a poor customer care!

Purchased a Kospet Rock from the official Kospet website. I was unable to link the watch to my phone via Bluetooth after numerous attempts. I tried deleting a re-downloading the “da phone” application. I factory reset the watch numerous times and rebooted my phone as well with no luck. I contacted after sales customer service and they are supposed to be sending me a replacement unit. Will repost once received.

Don't fall for their scam. I ordered a smartwatch from them and then, after the sale, was presented an opportunity to add charging cables to my order. I presumed that the cables were for the watch I just bought and figured I could use a couple more in reserve. However, they were for a watch I don't even own, let alone just ordered. My bad for not reading the details well enough, but they are just trying to scam you into additional sales

Battery life is poor. Can't answer/ reject phone calls with watch. Simply features are not available

Horrible experience. I placed my order and paid with PayPal over a week ago. You have now sent me two emails to review the watch and I still have to received the watch.

After a week watch has still not even posted and no replies to emailz

Buenas tardes, me dan la oportunidad de hablar y dar mi comentario a través de este apartado. Les acribo desde España. En Juli de este año compre un Kosped Optimos 2 con accesorios a través de la pagina Web suya, hasta ahí todo muy bien. ya llegada bien y entrega en su tiempo acordado. a partir de ahí muy mal el servicio de venta posterior, ya que tenia muchos problemas en poder configurar el reloj con distintas aplicaciones. cada vez que les mandaba un E-Mail explicando el problema, me contestaban con otra pregunta sin llegar a solucionar el problema y haciendo tiempo para pasar el tiempo de la devolución del reloj, al final a pasado el tiempo de poder devolver el reloj y solicitar la devolución del precio de compra. Al final me lo he tenido que quedar sin ilusión, y no lo estoy utilizando. Ha sido la peor compra de mi vida, por mi parte no lo recomiendo, por el motivo del servicio no profesional.
