I purchased a Kospet watch over a month ago and have not receive the watch. Nor have I received any updates to say whether it is coming or not. Very dissappointing!

I don't usually make reviews but I need to make people aware about this unreliable expensive smartwatch, for $200 dollars you can get something better. Battery life is the main issue, 6 to 8 hours if you only check time and notifications nothing else. If you have sleep mode on forget about wearing your watch on the following day. The idea of this smartwatch is great but Kospet is way behind in some functionalities. I never felt so disappointed, my 5 years old watch could do a better job. After contact the costumer service, I've been told that they are sorry but perhaps I am interacting too.much with my watch. The app for this watch still have a lot to improve, you can see yourself by the reviews on Google play. Step count not in synchronisation, tested with other 3 smartwatches. If you have other choice of brand,go for it.

It does not have the function that it says, it does not make calls and it is extremely large, I want to return it and they do not want to pay the return shipping.

I bought this “smart” watch because I need a durable watch for work. I chose the Kospet Rock and it arrived within a few days. I read the directions and followed them but this watch will not pair to my cellphone. The directions are vague and the customer support is nonexistent. This company does not offer a telephone number for customer/tech support and the tech support tab on their website is a dead end. The battery life is another failure of this watch. The only thing positive about this watch is the quickness that it arrived. It looks and feels as cheap as the functionality. I would not recommend that anyone purchase this.

This was the biggest disappointment ever! i was so excited to get this watch and told everyone I know I was getting the greatest watch ever and I get it and I can't get it to connect via Bluetooth to my android phone. it just connects and disconnects. I am a computer IT engineer so i know my way around devices and I tried everything to get it to work and I also tried connecting to my family's phones and nothing. I tried on android phones, IOS apple phones, google pixel phones and nothing. I am so disappointed!

I had this watch for maybe a month, Kospet only gives 7 days which is not enough to test this watch so, am stuck with it. First, the lift to wake feature it’s barely a feature. I can lift my arm 2,3,4 heck 10 times and it might work once. Second, the battery saver feature, well, I don’t think it’s a feature. I can charge the watch to 100% turn the battery saver on and the next morning the watch sits at 72% charged. I have turned off every possible app that isn’t needed and still looses charge. The instructions that came with it are not helpful at all so you have to learn the watch by playing with it. Talk about the Bluetooth feature, if I move 20 to 30 feet away from the watch it has to be reconnected to Bluetooth again. I can keep talking about this watch for ever but is not going to make any difference, heck I don’t think they will read my review and the bottom line is, I’m stuck forever with this watch. I wouldn’t recommend this watch to anyone.

Habe die Uhr bestellt, weil sie viele Funktionen hatte. Ich habe die Uhr deshalb zurück geschickt, weil die APP vom Hersteller nicht bestmöglich genutzt werden kann, in Verbindung mit dem Smartphone, ist die Benachrichtigung auf der Uhr eine Katastrophe. Wie dem auch sei, habe ich die Uhr nach China zurück geschickt (auf Wunsch vom Verkäufer via HERMES), und mein Geld nie erhalten. Laut Tracking wurde das Paket zugestellt. So kann man auch betrogen werden.

Order never arrived. Though think USPS needs to go to a private company. Government has ran it to the ground!!!
