The EPA and DHA content of this supplement total only 250 mg. a good supplement has 1000. I wish I had researched this supplement better before I had purchased it. It is not a good supplement as it has little of the effective ingredients.

Hi Sarah! Thank you for the review. We developed Kori Krill Oil to deliver 250 mg of EPA & DHA Omega-3 per day, the same as you would get on average by eating the USDA recommended two servings of fish per week. That's also the same level of Omega-3 EPA & DHA that you would get in a single 1,000 mg standard fish oil softgel. It can get confusing because manufacturers often list the level of marine oil on the front of the packaging (1,000 mg in my fish oil example, 1,200 mg in Kori Krill Oil), but the level of Omega-3 EPA & DHA is lower and can be found on the back of the packaging in the Supplement Facts Box.
